Job summary

CHS Corporate is seeking an onsite Corporate Deskside Support Specialist to deliver essential desktop and AV assistance for executives and corporate clients. You will image computers, deploy equipment, install software, and provide dedicated support for all executive meetings.

This role is 100% in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, emphasizing strong teamwork and customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 0-1 years experience in desktop or LAN support required.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems and help desk ticketing tools preferred.
• 2+ years experience supporting Active Directory for end-users.
• 4+ years experience troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including network, PC, software and servers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote support for executives and corporate clients.
• Manage imaging, deployment, and software installation for laptops/desktops.
• Support for LAN, networking, Avaya phones, and mobile devices.
• Onboarding/offboarding and user account management; respond to urgent needs during meetings.
