Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Field Support IV to provide dedicated onsite technology support for senior executives across multiple brands. The role requires problem-solving, vendor liaison, and travel to executive locations to ensure seamless IT operations for high-level meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent trainings/certifications will be considered.
• 3+ years of equivalent experience in IT support or technology roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across the organization.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and drive issues from concept to closure.
• Proven ability to work independently on mid to large projects with minimal direction.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot complex IT problems for executives across brands.
• Propose and execute IT solutions based on needs and functionality for executives.
• Coordinate and lead meetings to drive IT solutions affecting executive users.
• Liaise with vendors, IT staff, and service owners on meetings, technology, and enhancements.
• Provide onsite support at meetings and events as needed.
• Develop action plans and resolve chronic incidents through trend analysis.
• Prepare reports and present findings to IT leadership.
• Travel to multiple locations to support geographically distributed executives.
