Job summary

The Brixton Group seeks an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide high-touch technology support to senior executives and board members across multiple brands and entities. You will diagnose complex IT issues, deliver timely solutions, and coordinate cross-functional technology improvements to minimize business disruption and enhance executive productivity.

• Identify, troubleshoot and analyze complex IT problems for senior executives across brands and entities.
• Propose and execute IT solutions based on executive needs and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate, conduct, and lead meetings to drive IT solutions for executive needs.
• Liaise with vendor partners, IT staff, programmers and service owners to address executive requirements.

• Diagnose complex business IT issues for senior executives across brands and entities to restore reliable technology functionality.
• Execute technology solutions based on executive needs and platform capabilities to resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with IT teams, business users, vendors, programmers, and service owners to drive issues through resolution.
• Deliver immediate onsite technology support for offsite executive meetings, sponsored events, and geographically distributed locations.
• Analyze platform trends, chronic incidents, and operational data to identify recurring issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with IT staff and business users to identify new system needs and recommend enhancements that improve IT operations.
• Prepare reports and present findings to IT leadership to support technology decisions and process improvements.
• Communicate technology issues, solutions, and priorities across IT teams to support executive demand for timely data and services.
• Apply established practices and policies to select appropriate troubleshooting methods while independently driving mid-to-large initiatives from concept through closure.
