Job summary

Vylor is seeking an Identity & Directory Services Engineer to own the architecture, engineering, and operational health of our Microsoft identity infrastructure. You will lead the Identity Services MSS team, driving secure, reliable identity solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in identity and services management role.
• Strong background with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience leading enterprise Identity Services or MSS teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and operational management of Identity Services MSS team.
• Establish priorities and guide engineers supporting AD, Entra ID, authentication.
• Ensure security and governance across Identity Services and incident response.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and standardization to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud teams to deliver identity solutions.
