Job summary

LanceSoft in White Plains, NY seeks an IT Engagement Analyst to coordinate executive engagement and governance for client IT leadership across key technology partners. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

You will facilitate technology workshops in cyber, cloud, and AI domains, track engagements, manage QBRs, and align IT initiatives with corporate communications while working in a hybrid W2 arrangement with 3

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting; Power BI and SharePoint encouraged.
Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination, and written communication.

Responsibilities

Engagement Tracking and Governance: prioritize vendor engagements with IT leaders and manage action items.
Submit documentation for meetings and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Track QBRs, transcripts, and leadership meeting artifacts.
Support performance reviews and collect metrics and surveys.
Monitor vendor engagement pipelines with major tech partners (Google, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Databricks).
Coordinate with Supplier Relationship Management and Strategic Supplier Management teams.
