Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System – Liberty Hospital is seeking an Executive Support Technician I to deliver white-glove IT support to providers, executives, and their staff both onsite and remotely.

You will install and configure devices, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage tickets, and support AV setups for meetings and events while maintaining privacy and HIPAA standards. The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with strong IT foundation.
• 4+ years of enterprise or healthcare IT support.
• Professional experience with Apple devices and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove level IT support to providers, executives, and staff onsite and remote.
• Install, configure, and maintain mobile devices, peripherals, and software per standards.
• Assist with AV setups for meetings and events and manage escalations with vendors.
