Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technical field and/or business-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in relevant technology roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across the organization.
- Able to plan, prioritize and drive issues from concept to closure.
- Takes on mid to large projects independently with minimal direction.
- Highly collaborative with proven partnering and influencing.
Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot and analyze complex IT problems for Senior Executives.
- Coordinate and run events for C-Suite Executives using AV and VTC technologies.
- Support on-site for offsite meetings and sponsored events.
- Prepare reports and present findings to IT Leadership.
- Travel to multiple locations to support Executives and Board Members.
- Liaise with vendors and IT teams to deliver solutions for executive needs.
