Job summary

Vivie is seeking an Internal & Change Communications Manager to lead strategy and execution of internal communications across the organization. You will partner with executive leaders, HR, and project stakeholders to develop messaging that supports enterprise initiatives and change adoption.

You will translate complex information into clear communications, create leader toolkits, FAQs, and announcements, and ensure consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in internal communications, corporate communications, change communications, or related field.
• Experience developing communication strategies for organizational change and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute communication initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and change communication strategies and plans for organizational change and major initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives, HR, and project teams to integrate communication from the outset.
• Develop content and materials to prepare leaders to communicate confidently and consistently.
• Coordinate enterprise communications planning and governance with stakeholders to align standards.
• Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of communication practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
