Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance to join our Advisory Technology Organization. You will design governance solutions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure identity solutions.

The role requires hands-on IAM experience, strong communication skills, and ability to travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree in CS or information security is preferred, with deep knowledge of cloud environments and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience.
• Two years with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or comparable platforms.
• Experience implementing SailPoint ISC and/or Saviynt solutions including onboarding, lifecycle, access, certifications, roles.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring teammates.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics and workflow automation in identity security.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt implementations including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and application onboarding
• Design identity governance solutions including identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations
• Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues, guiding onboarding activities, and driving successful implementation outcomes
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to gather requirements and support delivery
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, solution designs, operational procedures, and identity governance leading practices
• Support AI-enabled identity governance capabilities including intelligent access analysis, lifecycle automation, governance insights, and emerging identity security technologies
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
