Job summary

Kroll in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, IGA to lead Identity Governance and Administration engagements from strategy to execution, leveraging SailPoint and Saviynt. You will architect enterprise-grade IGA solutions, guide client teams, and drive adoption across PAM and SSO/MFA domains.

You will mentor IAM professionals, support business development, and deliver governance frameworks, lifecycle workflows, and compliant architectures for healthcare, finance, and other industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM with a focus on IGA and client-facing delivery.
• Hands-on with SailPoint and Saviynt implementations and deployments.
• Expertise in identity lifecycle, access governance, and RBAC/SoD.
• Knowledge of PAM and SSO/MFA technologies to integrate IAM solutions.
• Ability to lead architecture sessions with CISOs and IT leadership.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; stakeholder management.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM or SailPoint/Saviynt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design sessions with clients translating requirements.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end IGA implementations using SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Design/deliver core IGA capabilities: Joiner/Mover/Leaver, SoD, RBAC.
• Lead onboarding strategy for IGA platforms with connectors and HR integration.
• Define governance frameworks, audits, and data segmentation practices.
• Coordinate adjacent IAM domains to ensure cohesive integration.
• Own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Present findings in executive readouts and support BD activities.
• Mentor IAM engineers and consultants on delivery teams.
