Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager in SailPoint ISC and Saviynt Identity Governance within Advisory Technology. This role leads identity governance implementations, designs governance solutions, and guides technical delivery across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with multiple teams and drive critical onboarding initiatives. Required are hands-on IAM experience, strong communication, and leadership skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience, including two years with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or comparable enterprise IGA platforms.
• Experience implementing SailPoint ISC and/or Saviynt solutions including onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role engineering, workflows, policies, and migrations.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, SDs, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint ISC and Saviynt implementations including design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and onboarding.
• Design identity governance solutions including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations.
• Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting issues, guiding onboarding activities, and driving outcomes.
• Collaborate with owners, security teams, stakeholders, and project leadership to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, designs, and operational procedures.
