Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States seeks a Director to join our Advisory Technology Organization. You will lead enterprise IAM transformation programs, overseeing IGA and PAM initiatives across complex client environments, and drive governance and security controls with SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk.

You will partner with executives to develop IAM roadmaps, mentor cross-functional teams of architects and consultants, and help expand identity security services across cloud and hybrid environments,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience including IGA and PAM
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and relevant certifications preferred
• Proven experience leading large-scale IAM transformations across SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, CyberArk or similar
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and privileged access governance
• Experience across cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Travel up to 50%
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Job description

KPMG is currently seeking a Directorto join our Advisory Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-scale Identity Access Management (IAM) transformation programs, providing strategic direction for Identity Governance Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives across complex client environments
• Oversee the design, architecture, and governance of IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Saviynt, CyberArk, and related technologies to address identity lifecycle management, privileged access controls, compliance, and security requirements
• Serve as the executive technical advisor and escalation point for complex identity governance, privileged access, application onboarding, and modernization challenges, driving successful outcomes and mitigating security and operational risks
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, consultants, and technical specialists while fostering delivery excellence, innovation, and growth across IAM programs and client engagements
• Partner with executive stakeholders, security leaders, application owners, and business executives to develop IAM roadmaps, align identity security strategies with business objectives, and establish leading practices for governance and risk management
• Support business development efforts through solution development, proposal creation, client presentations, thought leadership, and identification of opportunities to expand identity security, governance, and privileged access services within existing and prospective accounts
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of recent experience delivering identity and access management solutions, including significant hands-on and leadership experience across IGA and PAM platforms
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, information security, information systems, engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degree and relevant certifications such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, CISSP, or related credentials are preferred
• Proven experience leading large-scale IAM transformation programs, including enterprise implementations and modernization initiatives involving SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, CyberArk, or comparable identity and privileged access platforms
• Deep expertise in identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role engineering, segregation of duties, privileged access governance, password vaulting, session management, and regulatory frameworks including SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, and other security and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated success leading technical delivery teams, mentoring professionals, managing complex stakeholder environments, and driving strategic identity security initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, executive stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, influence decision-making, and deliver complex IAM transformation programs at scale
• Travel up to 50% or as required
