Job summary

Amazon in Seattle, WA is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner for the eCommerce Services organization. You will partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support growth, workforce planning, org design, and employee experience.

You will translate business plans into human resource capabilities, drive data‑driven insights, coach leaders, and help manage cross‑functional initiatives while navigating an innovative, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field.
5+ years of HR leadership experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Experience coaching and mentoring at management level.
Experience with MS Office tools and HRIS.
Experience delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to develop talent strategies for growth.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession and talent management.
Coach managers in career development and leadership practices.
Develop and implement people plans to enable thriving environments.
Analyze business metrics and recommend improvements.
Lead talent reviews focused on growth and organizational health.
Use data to inform leadership decisions.
Collaborate with central HR to enable managers and address employee relations.
Contribute to cross-team HR projects and goals.
