Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is hiring an HR Business Partner for Mountain View, CA, on a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite. This 7-month W2 contract includes benefits and paid holidays. You will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into talent decisions, diagnose needs, and lead initiatives helping employees perform their best.

You will identify required skills, design organization options to improve speed, and coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in HR working with executives.
• Ability to diagnose and build leadership teams at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Identify skills and capabilities the business needs next and build the plan to hire, develop, and retain that talent.
• Frame organization design options that increase speed and reduce layers and friction.
• Lead the change management on implementing organization changes.
• Coach senior leaders and strengthen leadership-team effectiveness.
