Top Echelon LLC is helping a well-established manufacturing client locate an accomplished HR Manager to join the executive leadership team. This on-site role partners with the CEO/President and senior leaders to shape people strategy in a 24/7 unionized plant of about 130 employees.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in management, and strong labor relations and compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field is required.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic member of executive leadership and production planning teams.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Oversee benefits portfolio and HR compliance programs.
• Manage labor relations, CBA administration, and grievance handling.
• Collaborate with safety, plant leadership, and operations to align people strategy.
