Ilocatum seeks a hands-on, business-minded Human Resources Manager to join the executive leadership team of a 24/7 unionized manufacturing operation with ~130 employees. Based near Pittsburgh, you will influence people strategy, culture, and operations while staying connected to both plant floor and leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR management role.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment with CBA administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations (NLRB, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic member of the executive leadership and production planning teams.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Oversee the full employee benefits portfolio (healthcare, COBRA, retirement, disability, life/AD&D, workers’ comp, unemployment, FMLA, PTO).
• Plan Administrator for 401(k) and assist Corporate Secretary.
• Partner with Safety & Security and plant supervisors on policy adherence and safe operations.
• Advance HR processes via HRIS implementation, training, and development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance and a positive culture.
