Job summary

Incognito Software Systems Inc. seeks an HR Director for the Hospitality Vertical to shape the people strategy and partner with the Vertical CEO and leadership team on talent, organizational design, and compensation decisions.

The role drives succession, leadership development, and HR practices across multiple business units and geographies. The position leads HR due diligence for acquisitions and supports integration while maintaining autonomy for business units and ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or HR Certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably across multiple businesses, divisions, or regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Hospitality Vertical CEO and leadership team to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential identification.
• Oversee compensation, benchmark analyses, and budgeting for the Vertical; drive merit and incentive programs.
• Lead HR due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions; advise on organizational design and retention strategies.
• Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, change management, and governance across the Vertical.
