Qualifications

  • Ensure onboarding, training, and career development programs maximize engagement and retention.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture that aligns with values.
  • Lead DEI initiatives to foster equitable work environment.
  • Oversee HR analytics and reporting to track KPIs and inform decisions.
