Qualifications

• Master’s degree and five (5) years of related work experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and job-specific experience may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Advise the executive team on all human capital matters to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to support growth and scalability.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and career development programs maximize engagement and retention.
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture that aligns with values.
• Lead DEI initiatives to foster equitable work environment.
• Oversee HR analytics and reporting to track KPIs and inform decisions.
