Job summary

Augusta Technical College is seeking a visionary Vice President of Institutional Advancement to lead fundraising, donor relations, alumni engagement, and partnerships. You will report to the President and work with the Foundation to secure resources supporting student programs and growth.

The role requires a proven track record in major gifts, capital campaigns, and strategic plan execution, with at least Bachelor’s and 5+ years in leadership. Flexible hours and strong community ties preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven success in leading annual and major fundraising campaigns.
• Experience with donors, grants, alumni relations, and foundation operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead major gift fundraising and capital campaigns.
• Develop and implement policies for resource development and foundation operations.
• Cultivate and solicit donors and manage a portfolio of major donors.
• Provide leadership for alumni relations and planned giving programs.
• Build partnerships with businesses, government, and community organizations.
• Represent Augusta Tech externally to advance institutional priorities.
