Tevis - Modern Comfort in Westminster, MD seeks a Director of Human Resources who leads HR and Payroll, overseeing Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Development, and Engagement while ensuring policy compliance. The role aligns HR strategy with business objectives and reports to the CFO as part of the Executive Leadership Team.

Salary range is $140k-$160k annually. Responsibilities include budgeting, policy updates, performance management, and ensuring OSHA and benefits administration compliance

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SPHR or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR, payroll, and hiring functions to align with business goals.
• Define long-term HR mission and KPIs.
• Oversee budgets for HR, payroll, and benefits.
• Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies; maintain employee files.
