Next Frontier Capital is seeking an Executive Director, Human Resources Business Advisor to lead the people agenda with data-driven, future-ready HR solutions. You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities, deliver exceptional employee experiences, and foster a culture of inclusion, growth, and performance.

You will anticipate workforce needs, champion change, implement HR products and technologies, and influence decisions through analytics and compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to co-create and execute a people strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead data-driven workforce planning, talent forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Drive the performance and talent management cycle, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide coaching to managers and emerging leaders using data and AI insights.
• Lead adoption and implementation of HR products, digital solutions, and technology-enabled processes.
• Champion integration of AI and automation to optimize HR service delivery.
• Apply analytical skills to interpret metrics and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
• Present data stories to influence business decisions and embed people insights.
• Orchestrate holistic employee experience initiatives blending digital and physical elements.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion with leaders to shape culture.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on people matters.
