Hyatt Place Las Vegas in the Silverton Village is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, schedule staff, and ensure the highest standards of guest service and cleanliness. The role requires flexibility and a safety-conscious approach across all hotel areas.

This full-time on-site position involves coordinating with other departments, enforcing policies, and maintaining budgeted productivity to deliver memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year in Housekeeping or similar, preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team-centered environment.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• High School diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all housekeeping and laundry team members and ensure proper completion of duties.
• Direct and coordinate cleaning activities of the hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, back of house, and laundry operations.
• Prepare department schedules and forecast labor levels to meet business demands while maintaining productivity.
• Monitor and control daily costs per occupied room (CPOR) and manage housekeeping expenses.
• Ensure guest service quality and facility standards per company policies.
• Address guest complaints promptly to ensure superior service.
