Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.

• Ability to make progress and handle multiple assignments under time constraints.
• Provide support to staff and delegate job duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Guest Room Attendants to ensure productivity and cleanliness.
• Supervise Status Board Operators to ensure rooms are cleaned and discrepancies reconciled.
• Maintain strict key, beeper and radio control.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and inventory.
• Oversee heavy cleaning projects (drapes, carpets, furniture, general cleaning).
• Perform room inspections and evaluate performance of housekeeping staff.
• Counsel team members in a positive and constructive manner.
• Ensure OSHA training completion for all team members.
• Communicate with all hotel departments at all levels.
