DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Youngstown Downtown, 44 E. Federal St., Youngstown, OH, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.

The role collaborates with front office and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in housekeeping with supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership, attention to detail, and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Hospitality Management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and public area maintenance.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams regarding room status and repairs.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across housekeeping functions.
• Supervise housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, and support staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping team members.
• Prepare schedules and manage attendance and payroll tracking.
• Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
• Monitor and enforce housekeeping procedures and service standards.
• Identify and address areas for operational improvement.
