Hotel Equities, a hospitality management company, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for the DoubleTree by Hilton Charlottesville, Charlottesville, VA. The role focuses on supervising room cleaners, maintaining cleanliness standards, and coordinating with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The manager will train staff, manage records, and ensure adherence to brand standards while optimizing room inventory and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards is preferred.
• Must be able to perform indoor tasks in a controlled hotel environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct room cleaners to ensure timely, clean guest rooms.
• Inspect rooms and daily records to confirm adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with front desk, engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Train and guide new housekeeping staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage inventory and safety procedures for linen and equipment.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive service.
