Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Replace or repair fixtures, fittings, and basic equipment as needed.
• Assist in ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and minimize disruption.
• Maintain maintenance records as required.
• Support senior staff with more complex repairs.
