The role requires 3+ years in housekeeping with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, plus a track record of developing a team of 10+ associates in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive housekeeping experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the housekeeping team (Supervisors, Housekeepers, Housemen, Attendants).
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
• Create schedules based on occupancy while controlling labor costs.
• Monitor payroll, attendance, overtime, and department labor budgets.
• Manage supplies, linens, amenities, equipment, and purchasing.
• Oversee inventory storage and chemical handling.
• Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, OSHA compliance.
• Address guest requests and coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
• Lead department meetings and foster accountability and hospitality.
