Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead a luxury hotel housekeeping operation in the United States. You will oversee a 10+ person team, drive guest room and public area cleanliness to Forbes Five‑Star/AAA standards, and coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and F&B to elevate the guest experience.

• 3–5+ years of progressive housekeeping experience, including management/supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and developing a housekeeping team.
• Strong understanding of luxury hotel housekeeping standards.
• Experience with labor management, budgeting and inventory control.
• Highly organized, hands-on and detail-oriented.
• Luxury, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond or comparable experience preferred.
