Vensure Employer Services is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations in a hospitality setting. You will oversee rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet established quality standards.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of all assigned areas.
• Lead, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping team members.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and support employee development.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and service-oriented team culture.
• Schedule staff and ensure appropriate coverage to meet operational demands.
• Address guest concerns and housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Support a culture focused on outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Work proactively to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and utilized efficiently.
• Monitor supply usage and identify opportunities to improve cost control without sacrificing quality.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate maintenance concerns and operational issues to the appropriate teams.
• Support property-wide initiatives focused on guest experience and operational excellence.
