HEI Hotels & Resorts are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Embassy Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort in Virginia Beach, VA. The role directs housekeeping staff to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring safety, sanitation, and high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, scheduling, and coordinating with other hotel departments to deliver a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping leadership or supervision preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff, train, coach, and provide feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff and provide leadership, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; address issues and apply disciplinary measures when needed.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, and public areas; ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Assign tasks, manage inventory, and control supplies to meet budget and service goals.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction; maintain Lost & Found records and inquiries.
• Assist with emergency procedures and ensure regular attendance and reliability.
