Brandt Holdings Company is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the day-to-day and long-term operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public spaces, onsite laundry, and back-of-house areas. You will ensure compliance with brand cleanliness standards and manage staff scheduling and training.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe, guest-focused environment while overseeing budgets and supplier

Formación

• Experience in hotel housekeeping with supervisory exposure.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage schedules and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily housekeeping operations and onsite laundry facility, including scheduling.
• Educate and train staff to meet hotel standards; provide coaching and feedback.
• Issue daily assignments and supervise cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Conduct monthly department meetings; coordinate with maintenance for asset protection.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints regarding service and cleanliness.
• Monitor monthly budget and assist Executive Housekeeper with staffing needs.
