Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality management degree preferred.
• 3–5 years housekeeping experience in hotel/resort; 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with property management or housekeeping systems (OnQ, Opera, HotSOS, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet brand cleanliness standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections for quality assurance.
• Maintain linen, supplies, and equipment inventories; oversee ordering and cost control.
• Monitor departmental labor, productivity, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with Laundry, Front Office and Maintenance to ensure efficient room readiness.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and service requests; resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping procedures, checklists, and standards.
• Participate in management meetings and provide operational reporting as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
