Job summary

Atrium Hospitality seeks a seasoned Housekeeping Manager for the Nashville Residence Inn. Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience daily, while engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and maintaining operational standards.

You will manage department finances, staffing, training on brand standards and the Cleanliness program, and ensure accurate records, schedules, and reports while working varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping teams.
• 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office.
• Physically capable and flexible (lift 50 lbs, weekends/holidays).
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience daily.
• Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Manage department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling supply costs.
• Oversee staffing—from interviewing to coaching—and support performance management with fairness and clarity.
• Train Associates on brand standards and Atrium’s Cleanliness Assured program to keep quality top-notch.
