This role oversees guest rooms, public spaces, schedules, inventory, safety, and cost control, while developing a team and maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of housekeeping or hotel operations experience in a 3- to 4-star setting, with strong leadership and guest service

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all guest rooms and public areas, ensuring brand and hotel standards are consistently exceeded.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on guest satisfaction and cleanliness results.
• Create efficient daily schedules and room assignments while minimizing disruption to guests.
• Maintain effective systems for key control, lost and found, housekeeping supplies, linens, and chemicals.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing to maintain appropriate levels while managing costs.
• Partner with hotel leadership to anticipate operational challenges and adjust labor, staffing, and resources as needed.
• Assist with annual budgeting and maintain accurate financial and operating reports.
