Qualifications

• Promptly collect information and resolve guest concerns.
• Remain calm and alert during emergencies.

• Clerical, coordination, and supervisory abilities are essential.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of assigned area including rooms and guest-facing spaces.
• Supervise, train, and assist Team Members.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and proper chemical handling.
• Distribute workload and ensure daily completion of tasks.
• Assign VIP rooms and guest assignments.
• Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with departments.
