Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms and public areas daily to ensure quality standards and consistency.
• Coordinate with supervisors and inspectors to communicate guest room status to Front Desk.
• Develop staff professionally and maintain consistent operating procedures.
• Motivate staff and foster a productive work environment.
• Schedule housekeeping staff to meet occupancy needs.
• Ensure all operations staff are trained to standards and carry out department functions.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings to inform staff of priorities.
• Maintain inventory and budget controls for housekeeping supplies and payroll.
