Job summary

Think Hospitality is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry departments within the hotel, ensuring alignment with service standards. You will direct staff, monitor guest satisfaction, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain clean, well-maintained facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, training, and the ability to handle personnel matters while maintaining high standards of dress, hygiene, and conduct.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in hospitality settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating departments.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and training programs.
• Fluency in English; able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Housekeeping and Laundry functions in line with hotel standards.
• Direct and implement service and management philosophy for staff.
• Supervise Assistant Executive Housekeepers and monitor guest and employee satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Laundry, Engineering, Front Office, and Food & Beverage departments.
• Handle personnel matters including hiring, evaluation, and recommendations for termination.
• Identify training needs and develop programs; schedule inspections.
