Job summary

Athena Hospitality Group's Best Western Plus Executive Residency in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams for an extended-stay property.

You will build daily boards, train staff, manage par levels and deep-clean rotations, and collaborate with the front desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests while keeping safety and brand standards in check. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of housekeeping leadership in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge of labor cost per occupied room and scheduling to it.
• Ability to develop a team, not just direct one.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping and laundry team from linen closet to the last light switch.
• Build the daily board and train the team the right way the first time.
• Maintain par levels and run deep clean rotations.
• Partner with the front desk so rooms are ready when guests walk in.
• Manage labor to budget and stay audit ready on brand standards.
• Hold the line on safety and chemical handling.
