Athena Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager for their Best Western Executive Residency in Jackson, TN. Lead operations, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

As GM, you will own the property's operational heartbeat, build scalable systems, drive cost efficiency, and ensure adherence to Best Western standards while cultivating a culture of accountability and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership experience at a hotel, with a track record of improving operations.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of optimizing daily hotel performance.
• Experience in extended-stay or all-suite properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine operational systems to set the standard.

As General Manager of our hotel, you'll own the operational heartbeat of our property. From maximizing efficiency and optimizing our team to ensuring every system runs seamlessly, you'll make a tangible impact every single day. You'll focus on:

Who We're Looking For

You have a proven track record as a General Manager or assistant GM at a full-service or extended-stay hotel property. You're detail-oriented, data-driven, and energized by the challenge of optimizing operations. You excel at:

• Problem-solving and driving continuous improvement
• Communication—both internally with your team and externally with guests and vendors
• Leading with integrity and accountability

A hospitality background is essential; specific experience in extended-stay or all-suite properties is a plus.
