You will build daily boards, train your team, and manage labor to budget while partnering with the front desk to ensure on-time room readiness, while upholding safety and proper chemical handling.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of housekeeping leadership in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge of labor cost per occupied room and scheduling to it.
• Ability to develop a team, not just direct one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping and laundry team from the linen closet to the last light switch.
• Build the daily board and train your team the right way the first time.
• Manage labor to budget and keep us audit-ready on brand standards.
