Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness standards.
• Manage the housekeeping budget, including labor costs and supplies.
• Oversee inventory of supplies and proper stock control.
• Develop and enforce housekeeping policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards.
• Foster a positive work environment with ongoing training.
