Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseman teams.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards for rooms and public areas.
• Conduct daily room inspections and weekly deep-cleaning checks.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure courteous interactions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance on room issues.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA guidelines and safety protocols.
• Keep housekeeping closets and storage areas organized.
