Job summary

SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and support exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests, with a focus on privacy, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in hospitality. Strong English, physical ability to lift 20 pounds, and teamwork are essential in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; previous hospitality experience, preferred.
• Maintain designated minutes per room.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
