Job summary

The Westin Jackson, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and uphold exceptional guest standards in a downtown Jackson setting. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, ensure cleanliness, and manage budgets and supplies to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain QA standards, and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (days/evenings/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Hire and lead the housekeeping staff to ensure quality service for guests.
• Provide clear direction and supervise housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Plan, organize and monitor staff activities to meet QA standards.
• Manage finances of housekeeping including budget and inventory controls.
• Analyze expenditures and prepare reports for forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure adequate supplies and optimize staffing to maximize guest satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Support flexible shifts to accommodate hotel operations.
