Job summary

The Westin Jackson, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and deliver premier guest experiences in downtown Jackson, MS.

You will hire and develop a skilled team, manage budgets, and ensure top-quality cleanliness and service across guest rooms and public spaces, including restaurants and meeting areas. Marriott-brand experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar hotel housekeeping role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Hire and lead housekeeping staff to ensure excellent guest service.
• Plan, organize, and monitor housekeeping and laundry staff to meet quality standards.
• Manage budgets and inventory for housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Prepare reports on expenditures, wages, labor, supplies, and forecasts.
