Qualifications

• Supervise the housekeeping staff, providing open communication, training, coaching and counseling and providing performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction through effective supervision.
• Lead and develop the housekeeping team to meet brand standards and operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff, providing open communication, training, coaching and counseling and providing performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back of house to achieve high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Assign tasks to staff and review special requests to ensure smooth operation.
• Distribute supplies at shift start to control inventory and expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Log items into Lost and Found and handle inquiries to maintain controls.
• Implement emergency training procedures to protect guests, staff and assets.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
