Job summary

The Westin Jackson, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in a downtown Jackson hotel.

You will hire and mentor staff, manage budgets and inventories, monitor QA standards, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Marriott brand experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and guest experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hire housekeeping staff; assign and instruct team to meet QA standards.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and expenditures related to housekeeping and laundry.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for financial forecasting and cost control.
• Monitor guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain service quality and guest satisfaction.
