You will coach associates, ensure alignment with brand standards, and collaboratively support hotel operations to deliver memorable stays.

In this role, you will manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and budgets, while driving safety and continuous improvement. A passion for hospitality and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience, in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing housekeeping team.
• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness standards.
