Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring an Executive Housekeeper for an on-site leadership role in San Antonio, TX. You will oversee housekeeping and laundry operations to meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards while managing staff, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities include training, performance coaching, inspecting rooms, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring inventory control and compliance with guest privacy and safety procedures. Must lead by example.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in hotels or similar settings.
• Experience supervising at least three associates.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn housekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping and laundry associates.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, performance management, and development.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage labor and scheduling within budgets.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, process invoices, and ensure equipment operability.
• Oversee safety and guest privacy, payroll, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to resolve repairs promptly.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally.
• Conduct department meetings and vendor training.
