Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the labor and costs of the housekeeping department and maintain clean guest/public areas in a professional, courteous manner. The role requires enforcing LBA standards and procedures while ensuring guest privacy and safety.

The supervisor will lead daily shift meetings, train staff, assist with hiring, and monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies to uphold brand standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervision experience of at least three associates.
• Three years housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be met.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of the Housekeeping Team; lead daily shift meetings and maintain agendas.
• Train new housekeeping associates and document disciplinary actions.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring for housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Inspect hotel areas for sanitation, brand standards and health/safety compliance.
• Maintain inventories, ordering, invoices, and inputting data for purchasing.
